The initial photo was taken in 2007. I was 60 kg skinny and weak. I worked out 6 days a week in the gym with no proper training direction or programme to improve my physique and condition of my body. I ate whatever and whenever I wished. This was a mistake.
The New photo taken in 2010, I accurately reduced my training volume. I made great improvement by applying new knowledge and technique. With careful planning of workout programme, combined with healthy diet, I got into the best shape of my life.
To achieve your goals, not only do you need to train hard but you need also need to train smart and systematically. I have been through these simple systematic programmes and achieved results.
As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, I have had numerous opportunities to improve the healthy lifestyles of people from all walks of life. They range from Athletes preparing for competitions, Clients trying to improve their physique and reducing weight and body fat.
