I started this site in 2010. Till today I have updated 55 posts.
The initial thought of starting this site is to create marketing purpose and share some knowledge. I have never being a computer expert or someone that writes. I guess it is all about stepping out of your comfort zone.

Till today I am very grateful with this action. I met people who told me they find this site informative, not forgetting having new clients from this site. Setting up my own website was a goal I set years ago....

While others are starting to enjoy the festive season, 24 brave souls (PE teachers, Track & Field Coaches, National Athletes, S & C coaches) attended a 10 straight days course organised by Singapore Athletic Association. Ok, maybe I am exaggerating a little too much, it is not that bad.
