Unless you are genetically gifted, there is little or I can say no chance to be lean and strong without a decent diet. There are plenty of diet plans out there and of course plenty of debate on which one is the best and why must you do this or that.

2011 was a crazy year. The Wedding and New home preparation process took up some much time and effort. For the 2nd half of the year, my own training was pretty much touch and go. I am not getting stronger or leaner. To sum it up, there is no improvement.
